Information you provide
Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name and email address. Job Radar does not receive your Google password. Website sign-in requests basic identity information; it does not request access to your Gmail messages.
Your workspace stores the profile and experience you enter, CVs and other documents, saved jobs, application answers, application history and usage records. Manual payment records include your chosen plan, order reference, approval and the bank transaction reference recorded by the operator. Job Radar does not collect your bank password.
Optional LinkedIn import reads the profile CSV files you upload or those inside your LinkedIn export ZIP. It does not sign into LinkedIn. Messages and connections are ignored. Raw uploaded files are used for the preview and are not retained; selected fields become your saved profile only after you review and import them.
How information is used and shared
Job Radar uses these records to operate your account, prepare job materials, fill applications, track outcomes and manage paid membership. Profile evidence, job descriptions and relevant questions or answers are sent to OpenAI when AI assistance is requested. Google provides sign-in. Cloudflare handles the website connection.
The Chrome companion receives your profile, answers and documents for tracked application tabs on Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever. Queued application workflows can send these materials to the selected employer and its application platform. Review your profile and application selections before starting work. Signing out revokes the companion connection and pauses new work; it cannot recall materials already sent.
The companion reads questions and captures answers and selected attachment details on tracked application forms. These can include contact details, professional history, cover letters or other written responses, city or country, salary expectations and optional disability, health or demographic answers if you enter them. Do not provide optional sensitive information you do not want processed. Unknown personal answers must be supplied by you; Job Radar must not invent them. Application page URLs, timestamps, form interactions and submission results are used to track your selected workflow. The companion does not access your email inbox, GPS location or browser-wide history. It excludes passwords, CAPTCHA and verification-code fields from application answer snapshots.
Limited Use of extension data
Job Radar's use and transfer of extension user data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide or improve the job application features described here. Necessary transfers include your selected employer and application platform, OpenAI for requested AI assistance, and service providers operating this functionality. Data may also be disclosed where necessary for security or to comply with applicable law.
Extension data is not sold, used for advertising, used for unrelated purposes, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Humans may read extension data only with your affirmative consent for specific material, when necessary for security or legal obligations, or as aggregated, anonymized data for internal operations. Administrative access does not authorize routine reading of private application documents or answers.
Storage and access
Account workspaces are separated on an operator-controlled server. The operator has administrative access for payment verification, maintenance and support, subject to the extension-data access restrictions above. Private backups contain account records and documents. Google, Cloudflare, OpenAI and employer platforms handle received information under their own policies.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. Account-specific browser storage caches workspace information. The companion keeps its connection credential in extension storage. Job Radar does not include advertising trackers or sell your profile as part of this service.
Review, correction and removal
You can edit your profile in Job Radar and disconnect the companion from your account. Account removal, exports and backup removal requests are handled manually through the support email above. Stored records and backups are not automatically erased when a membership expires. Contact support to discuss removal of your information and any copies that remain in backups.
